I. Order Processing and Fulfillment

All orders placed on https://uowamou.net/ undergo processing within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes order preparation, quality assurance, and handover to our shipping partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number, carrier information, and a link to track your package.
II. Delivery Timeline & Service Area
2.1 Shipping Origin
All UOWAMOU orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in China via internationally recognized courier services to most countries and regions.
2.2 Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 2–15 business days (depending on the destination country/region).
Remote Areas: Deliveries to islands, mountainous regions, or less accessible locations may require an additional 1–2 business days.
III. Shipping Fees
3.1 Free Shipping
Orders totaling $130 or more are eligible for free standard shipping to selected countries/regions. Eligibility will be displayed during checkout.
3.2 Standard Shipping Fees
For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees are calculated based on destination and package weight. The final amount will be displayed prior to payment confirmation.
IV. Order Information Requirements
4.1 Accurate Delivery Information
To ensure successful delivery, please confirm the following information is correct before completing your purchase:
- Full shipping address (including street name, building number, apartment/unit, etc.)
- A valid phone number for shipping notifications
- Recipient’s full name (as it appears on official identification)
Special Note:
For deliveries to institutions (e.g., schools, companies, gated communities), please ensure that the recipient is available to accept the package or that the location accepts external parcels.
4.2 Modifying Shipping Information
Before Shipment: Contact customer service to request changes. Modifications are subject to processing status.
After Shipment: Address changes cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees resulting from redirection or return due to incorrect address will be the responsibility of the recipient.
V. Shipping Risks & Liabilities
5.1 Circumstances Beyond Our Control
UOWAMOU is not liable for delivery failures resulting from:
- Recipient-provided inaccuracies in address/contact information
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Unforeseen events including but not limited to: natural disasters, customs delays, political unrest, public health emergencies, or carrier strikes
5.2 Handling of Delivery Exceptions
If a shipment is marked as “undeliverable” or “returned,” please contact customer service within 7 business days. Unresolved packages may be considered abandoned after this period.

You can track your order by logging into your account at https://uowamou.net/, navigating to “My Orders,” and selecting the relevant order. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
VII. FAQ
Q1: Can I cancel my order?
A: You may request cancellation of unshipped orders by contacting customer service. We cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has been shipped.
Q2: What if my package is returned or refused?
A: Should a package be returned due to recipient refusal or error, return shipping fees and any related charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
