I. General Eligibility & Conditions

1.1 Eligibility Window

  • Returns/Refunds: Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Replacements: Requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery.

1.2 Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible, products must be in brand-new, unused condition, including:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and attachments
  • No physical damage (cracks, dents, scratches, etc.)
  • Intact product labels, serial numbers, and warranty seals

1.3 Required Documentation

  • Valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
  • Clear description of the issue or reason for return
  • Photos/videos may be required for damage assessment

II. Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Valid Reasons for Return/Refund

  • Manufacturing defects (confirmed after inspection)
  • Non-defective items in original condition (customer bears return shipping)
  • Significant discrepancy from product description

2.2 Non-Qualifying Circumstances

  • Damage from unauthorized modification or improper use
  • Water damage or foreign object ingress
  • Torn/altered labels or serial numbers
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, accidents, etc.)
  • Failure to return within 7 days of approval
  • Activated enterprise edition products

2.3 Return Process

  1. Submit Request: Contact customer service within 14 days
  2. Review & Approval: UOWAMOU reviews within 2 business days
  3. Return Shipment: Ship to designated address (customer bears shipping for non-quality issues)
  4. Refund Processing: Issued within 7-14 business days after inspection

III. Replacement Policy

3.1 Qualifying Scenarios

  • Products significantly different from description
  • Performance failures not caused by human damage
  • Manufacturing defects confirmed by inspection

3.2 Replacement Process

  1. Submit Request: Contact within 15 days of delivery
  2. Return Approval: Products must be returned within 7 days of approval
  3. Shipping Responsibility:
  • Quality issues: UOWAMOU covers all shipping
  • Non-quality issues: Customer bears all shipping costs

3.3 Replacement Packaging

  • New packaging provided when available
  • Factory-certified refurbished packaging may be used if new unavailable
  • Product performance remains identical to new units

IV. Important Notes

4.1 Shipping Costs

  • Customers responsible for return shipping on non-quality issues
  • Exact costs determined by courier quotes
  • Shipping fees deducted from refunds for refused deliveries

4.2 Refund Timeline

  • 7-14 business days after approval
  • Processed through original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary

4.3 Inspection Rights
UOWAMOU reserves the right to:

  • Reject applications that don't meet policy requirements
  • Deny claims for damage caused by improper use
  • Request additional evidence for damage claims
