Warranty Terms
I. Warranty Coverage & Period
- All UOWAMOU products are backed by 24-month limited
- Warranty commencing from the original purchase date.
- Warranty includes free repair of defects; post-warranty repairs will incur service and parts fees.
II. What Your Warranty Covers
- Repair or replacement of components with confirmed manufacturing defects.
- Return shipping following repair completion (covered by UOWAMOU).
- Customer is responsible for one-way shipping to the service center.
III. Warranty Claim Requirements
To be eligible, you must provide:
- Valid proof of purchase (order number, original receipt, or invoice)
- Intact product serial number
Product shipped in original or equivalent protective packaging
Note: Damage resulting from insufficient packaging may void warranty coverage.
IV. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact customer service via service@uowamou.net or your account portal
- After claim approval, ship your product to the assigned service center
- Include your warranty claim number provided by customer service
- Allow up to 10 business days for diagnosis and repair after receipt
V. Important Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, liquid exposure, physical impact, or unauthorized modifications
- Products with altered, removed, or defaced serial numbers
- Damage from natural disasters, power surges, or other force majeure events
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Consumable parts or cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
- Data loss (back up your device before service)
VI. Pre-Service Instructions
- Back up all data before shipping your device
- Remove any personal accessories or external storage
- Use appropriate packaging to prevent transit damage
VII. International Claims
- Service available in regions where UOWAMOU officially operates
- Customers may be responsible for customs duties or import fees
- Service response times may vary by location
